Obviously I am talking about an app in immersive mode on your flagship. May be it will not take much time when you start thinking about Immersive mode on your Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus.

There is a quality of Samsung’s Software that it allows the navigation to keep hidden tapping two times. It happens tapping a very small circular button on the left side of the navigation bar. This process can give your smartphone a real estate and moreover it keeps your status bar visible.

Though the status bar is transparent on the home screen, it may be that not adopts an app. It may stand out as an odd black bar on the top.  The users may easily get rid of the status bar along with the navigation bar with a simple ADM command

It’s not necessary to root access. There is no fear of losing warranty. There is nothing to stop you doing so. Depends on you how you stay idle or willing to change the look. We are talking the safest process for the navigation. There may be little uneasy to you for you haven’t used tool commands. But it’s totally easy and overwhelming to you even for the first time.

The best process can be ADB command that installs ADB and USB drivers etc. Though  every process is too easy but AndroidJunctions can not be held responsible for anything else. Our most targeting motto is to help the smartphone users.

  1. Your PC must be installed with ADB and Fastboot

  1. First of all launch the ADB command line interface.
  2. When the ADB Installation folder has been opened, open a prompt command inside the folder. Do this by holding Shift key on the keyboard and just right click on an empty space. Now select the command prompt from the next menu. The latest version of window 10 replaces command prompt with windows powershell.  In this case you just type cmd   in the address bar and press Enter. You can now simply launch Linux or MacOS. Now Terminal window and ADB will start working fine. Completely it depends on the installation method, you may have to launch the terminal method on the ADB Platform-tools folder on a mac as well.
  3. Now connect your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus to the PC through a USB cable. It will ask to allow USB debugging permissions to the PC, just allow it. If you’re not asked that upon connecting the device to the PC, run the following command:

adb devices

As for as installation is concerned, it would a good idea to reboot your flagship.  You should allow all the applications optimize the newly   available space. Of course it happens automatically but if it doesn’t, just do it.

If you require the navigation and status bar , simply swipe up from the button edge. Otherwise swipe down from the top edge. All depends on which bar you have been trying to call up or down.

Actually the haptic feedback of the home button still works, but you’ll need to pull up the navigation bar to access Google Assistant.

Go to default settings

  1. It may be possible that you don’t like the new setup. Therefore you can always revert back to the default settings by using this command.

adb shell settings put global policy_control null*

  1. As soon as you apply the command given above, you’ll notice the status bar and navigation bar disappear from your phone. You S9’s screen will look like as shown in the screenshot below.
